Flip in US (so called Delaware flip)

In a flip, all of the shareholders in the foreign company exchange their equity/shares with the newly-formed C corporation in US, in order to receive proportionate equity/shares in the US corporation.  When this happens, the foreign company essentially becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the US corporation. We provide one-stop services ranging from feasibility test for a flip, to business formation in US, to execute share transaction, and finally to close the deal. 

Licensing your technology in US

Licensing out your intellectual properties such as patent rights to US companies is not only an effective way to generate a continuous revenue stream but also a simple way to enter in a US market.  We provide one-stop services including reviewing your intellectual properties, finding target licensees, negotiation, and reviewing agreements.
